HOW TO UNLOCK FOR SAMSUNG:

1. Make sure your phone is charged.
2. If device is rooted/modded, you MUST return to factory stock firmware before proceeding
3. Turn off Wifi (optional)
4. Insert a non-carrier sim card and turn the phone on
5. The phone will prompt you for an unlock code. Enter and press OK.
6. Phone should say "successful"
7. Note: If your code fails, proceed to troubleshooting steps below.

Note: If you don’t have a sim card, please dial #7465625*638*# to get a code prompt – WARNING: This method does not work for all devices. Even if the code is correct, the phone may not accept. At this point you are required to get a non-carrier sim card.


SAMSUNG TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS  - ONLY USE THIS IS YOUR SAMSUNG PHONE SAYS "CODE UNSUCCESSFUL" DO THE ABOVE FIRST

Troubleshooting: If your phone does not successfully accept the unlock code, please follow the following instructions… DO NOT START WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS! SEE BELOW FOR NORMAL INSTRUCTIONS

STOP READING AHEAD! LOOK ABOVE! DO NOT START WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS! (Samsung Galaxy S2, S3, Note , Note 2)
1. Phone must still prompt you for an unlock code.
a. Go to the Dial pad and dial *#197328640#
b. Click on [1] UMTS > [1] Debugging screen > [8] Phone Control > [6] NETWORK LOCK
c. You will see 3 options
d. Click on [1] Perso Sha256 INFO, the screen will change slightly
e. Press the MENU button.
f. When the menu pops up, press the BACK arrow to return to the previous screen
f. Click on [2] Perso Sha256 ON; the screen will change again to a one line message
g. Restart the phone on the screen by holding the power button and click RESTART
h. When the phone prompts for the unlock code simply enter the unlock code
i. Your phone is now permanently unlocked!

STOP READING AHEAD! LOOK ABOVE! DO NOT START WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS! (Samsung Galaxy S4 Only)
1. Phone must still prompt you for an unlock code.
a. Go to the Dial pad and dial *#0011#
b. Click your MENU button (Bottom LEFT button) and click BACK on the menu that appears; (nothing will happen)
c. Click your MENU button AGAIN and this time click KEY INPUT
d. When the Key input box appears please input the number “1″ and hit OK
e. You will see a number 1 for a while, wait until it changes into the SERVICE MENU
f. Click [1] UMTS > [1] DEBUGGING SCREEN > [6] Phone Control > [6] Network LOCK
g. You will see 3 OPTIONS within Network LOCK
h. Click on [1] Perso Sha256 INFO; the screen will change slightly
i. Press the MENU button; when the menu pops up press the BACK arrow to return to the previous screen
j. Click on [2] Perso Sha256 ON; the screen will change again to a one line message

NOTE: If you see ENABLE_FLAG[1], refer to the notes below. If you see ENABLE_FLAG[0], proceed with step k.

k. Restart the phone on the screen by holding the power button and click RESTART
l. When the phone prompts for the unlock code simply enter the unlock code
m. Your phone is now permanently unlocked!

NOTE - If it shows ENABLE_FLAG[1]:
Press menu, then BACK to go back to the Network Lock menu.
Select [3] Perso Sha256 OFF, then select the first item after.
It will say “Menu does not exist”.
Press Menu, Back, then Menu, then select Back to go back to the network lock menu again.
Select [2] Perso Sha256 ON again, it should now show Enable_Flag[0] You may continue to Step K in the previous instructions.


HOW TO UNLOCK FOR MOST PHONES:

1. Insert a non-carrier SIM card (any carrier that is not the original locked provider or affiliated provider)

2. Turn the phone on

3. Phone will prompt you for an unlock code or pin

4. Input provided unlock code

5. Phone will read "Unlock Successful" or similar


HOW TO UNLOCK BLACKBERRY 10 :

1. Insert a non-carrier SIM card (any carrier that is not the original locked provider or affiliated provider)

2. Turn the phone on

3. Phone will prompt you for an unlock code or pin

4. Input provided unlock code

5. Phone will read "Unlock Successful" or similar.

 

OR

1. Insert a non-carrier sim card and turn the phone on
2. Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > Sim Card
3. Press “Unlock Network”
4. Enter the 8 or 16 digit code (If 16 digit code gives an error, use the first 8 digits of the 16 digit code)
5.
Phone will read "Unlock Successful" or similar.
